Here at Knockout Fitness, we are providing individuals of all ages and fitness levels with a new way to approach personal fitness. We specialize in a unique Boxing/Kickboxing workout. This is a gym for everyone that includes Cardio Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Personal Training for adults and children 6 years of age and up.

Our philosophy is simple: Provide the very best training and workouts in a safe, healthy, and fun atmosphere for everyone.

All of our classes are 1-hour in length and BURN 800-1000 CALORIES PER CLASS! They also allow you to get both cardio and resistance training at the same time.

We have classes at different times throughout the day to meet the various needs of all of our members. Whether you are an early bird and want to hit the gym before you head to work, or if you like to get your workout in after dinner, we have a class for you. Our Trainers are also available to work with you upon request and are happy to work around your schedule.
