Kickboxing Classes

Our kick boxing classes are a tried and tested method to gain fitness and burn around 800 to 1000 calories while keeping stress at bay. It is meticulous workout that comprises of controlled punching along with kicking movements, which are undertaken with the discipline and skill that is necessary for martial arts.

Indulging into kickboxing can enhance your balance, coordination, flexibility and endurance and offers an adequate way to accomplish total body workout while getting accustomed to all sorts of self-defense techniques.

Knockout Fitness specializes in a popular form of kickboxing known as aerobic or cardiovascular (cardio) kickboxing. This method combines elements of throwing punches and performing kickstand martial arts to provide physical conditioning and toning. Cardio kickboxing classes usually comprise of a 15 minute of warm-up, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups; it is then followed by a 30-minute kickboxing session that includes knee strikes, kicks, and punches. The workouts conclude with a great ab-routine and stretch to cool down.

Our Technique Program

Our technique program merges kickboxing, combining boxing, BJJ and grappling. It is considered for students of all age groups who want to get involved in a controlled, non-sparring, focus of stand-up combos and ground.

The one-hour class comprises of pad work by the means of equipment like Thai pads, kick shields, heavy bags, and focus mitts. Students go through striking combos through the means of a basic numbering system and indulge in practice like sparring with pads.

This class has been formulated for students of intermediate level. The Technique program provides a great platform for the learners to implement a variety of skills they learn through the means of boxing, kickboxing, and groundwork. The students get to develop their strength and endurance, not to mention the improved balance they gain through it..
